n 1 overt turkey

n 1 low-fat white yoghurt
a few strands of chives
juice of half orange (filtered)
n 1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
Marinate the turkey for at least 20 minutes with salt, pepper, garlic and extra virgin olive oil extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the sauce with yogurt, chives and a pinch of salt.
