Crescia di Urbino alla Trevisana


n1crescia sfogliata di urbino

a few strands of chives

juice of half orange (filtered)

1/2 shallot

salt and pepper


Marinate the turkey for at least 20 minutes with salt, pepper, garlic and extra virgin olive oil extra virgin olive oil
