Sesame sandwiches are great for a delicious snack, as the protagonists of a burger party and for many other occasions.

Easy to prepare, sesame seeds can also be replaced or complemented by flaxseeds to make your sandwiches even more special.

Hands in dough….. Have fun!

Time required: 5 hours, 20 minutes.

  1. Ingredients

    500g flour for bread and pizza
    125ml milk
    10g salt
    150g water
    6g brewer’s yeast
    10g olive oil
    sesame seeds just enough

  2. We knead

    Let’s melt the brewer’s yeast in a little water.
    We pour in the bowls of the mixer the remaining water, milk, water with melted yeast and flour and we begin to knead.
    When the dough blends, add the oil and salt until smooth and homogeneous.

  3. First leavening

    We place the dough, which has become homogeneous, in a container slightly greased and closed with the film until doubling (about two hours).

  4. Let’s shape

    When the dough is doubled, we form sandwiches of about 90 g each.
    We brush the sandwiches with a little water and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

  5. Second leavening

    We place the sandwiches in a baking tray covered with baking paper for one last rise, until doubling (about 60/90 minutes)

  6. We bake

    Preheat the static oven to 180 degrees, when it is hot we infork for about 20 minutes.
