Is there a minimum order to buy on Saporita?

No, no minimum order is foreseen.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a message confirming your order at the registration email address. If you do not receive the email, check the junk Mail or spam folder of your email box and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder. PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use?

To pay you can choose one of the following methods: • PayPal • Credit card • Bank Transfer • Payment on delivery (valid only for shipments in Italy with an additional contribution of 5 Eur.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard credit cards. Payment by credit card does not include any extra charge.

How does the payment work with PayPal?

Once the order has been confirmed, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can make the payment with your account or using a card, also prepaid, or otherwise according to the modalities accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.

How does the payment by bank transfer work?

The transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of confirmation of the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. The transfers are made in the name of: Colori & Sapori Sas di Mastrorosa Ilaria & C. IBAN IT23H0503431950000000004964. The reason for the transfer must indicate the date and the number of the order (found in the confirmation email) the name and surname of the purchaser (e.g. Order 15/05/2017 n. 100010001, Mario Rossi). As soon as we receive the transfer we will proceed with the shipment of the order.

How does the payment in the mark work?

Payment on delivery is only available for shipments made in Italy for orders of not more than 516 Eur. The payment will be made directly to the courier at the time of receipt of the products and can be carried out only in cash. An additional contribution of 5 Eur is required for flagged shipments.

Are my payments secure?

Paying by credit card on our site is easy, fast and secure. To ensure the
maximum protection, the transaction is made directly on secure PayPal servers so our site does not store credit card data and uses a secure
protocol SSL (HTTPS) that encrypts the information transferred during navigation.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

How much does the delivery in Italy cost?

The contribution for the shipment is only 10 Eur on the whole national territory for parcels up to 10 kg and 15 Eur for parcels of more than 10 kg.
Shipping is free of charge throughout the country with a minimum of 70 Eur.

What are the delivery times?

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are processed on the same day if made by 13.00 hours or the following working day, if made after 13.00. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays are processed on the following Monday. The time of receipt of the goods from the fulfillment of the order is 24-48 hours for all the destinations of the national territory, excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands whose expected time is 48-72 hours from the fulfillment of the order. The fulfillment of the order usually takes place the day after the purchase if you choose as payment method "credit card, PayPal or mark", the day after the crediting of the payment if you choose "Bank transfer". For the withdrawal of our products you can choose the service you prefer among those available, you can also collect the goods at our premises personally at no extra cost.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by accessing the personal area. From your dashboard you can see the list and the status of the orders made.

In the box that was delivered to me there is a missing or incorrect product. What should I do?

If you received your order and you notice that a product is missing, you can contact our customer service by clicking on "Contact Us" or by writing an email to info@saporitafood.it, specifying the order number and the missing or wrong product, which we will Send to the address you reported in 24/48 hours in Italy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If I am not satisfied with a product can I return it?

You can return only sealed products, the refund will be at our charge only in case of
products with obvious defects in conformity or damage due to transport.

How can I return the products?

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods at your home, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty. You will have to communicate your willingness to withdraw from the purchase of the products via registered letter A/R, addressed to: Colori e Sapori Sas di Mastrorosa Ilaria & C. - Via Entella 32 -16043 Chiavari. Once received the communication, we will open a practice of return and our customer service will contact you to agree on how to return the products, which will happen at your expense, through the courier that we'll indicate. Once the returned products have been received, we will refund the full amount of the yield, using the same payment method as you used for the purchase or the mode you indicate when returning.

How can I change my contact information?

To change your account information simply enter the customer area by entering your email address and password, select the Edit button in the "Contact Information" menu (if you want to change the name, email or password). To change the shipping or billing address, you must select the edit key from the "default shipping Address" or "Default billing address" menus.
